Basho Mulshi invites you to experience the different, from dining in a crowded and closed door city restaurant to an open air multi-cuisine restaurant.

Cubed tofu, light fish broth tempura sauce , scallion, bonito, spicy daikon radish 6pcs. Braised pork belly with pickled karashi mustard green served inside steam bun 1 pc. Deep fried Japanese Potato Croquettes, bed with cabbage, topped with spicy mayo, unagi sauce and scallions. Lightly fried Japan green peppers. Served with spicy garlic sauce.

I've been going to Basho as a regular since but left the province in April I was there the evening of December 30th for dinner. Outside of the chef's amazing specials, the menu has the same awesome dishes since I've been going there That sounds like there is going to be a criticism coming It all works unbelievably well. I love familiarity as much as new things. Basho is consistently consistent in terms of a great menu, great dining and great atmosphere classy but not pretentious. Outside of adding the delicious tuna poke to the menu not much has changed. Any and every dish is truly amazing. The only trouble is having had them all, it's always difficult choosing between them!! I did have the tuna poke and the tenderloin. My friend had the spicy salmon roll and the cod special. She raved so much over it, I kinda wish I had time to go back and get it before I leave!! It's nice downstairs also, but I do prefer the upstairs with the engaging bar staff Matthew and Liam and watching the owner, Tak pronounced tack, not tock!!

Reviewed March 9, via mobile Very good, very expensive, possibly better options out there. A number of us ordered it and most of basho restaurant menu did not finish out meal.

Tuna Tartar. Seafood and Vegetable Tempura. Vegetable Tempura. Salmon Tartar. Seasonal Pan seared Seasonal White Fish. Bombay sapphire gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and club soda.

Hours : Duckworth St, St. John's Menu. Appetizer was pretty good - Tenderloin and scallops. Steak a little overdone, but tasty. Sushi was dry. Tried to enjoy but had to send it back. That said, the server was great and did take that off my bill. Every place has an off night and I will try again, but probably the steak next time.

Hopefully some of these comments are noticed and can be addressed as it still remains a favourite of mine just needs to resolve some challenges it is obviously facing. Now to comment about the menu, its simple, multicuisine and the right side isn't intimidating. It was really good. Basho's Purpose Basho Restaurant Pune is an oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle serving you fabulous multi cuisine food with friendly service.

Condes de Alberi Albarino Outside of the chef's amazing specials, the menu has the same awesome dishes since I've been going there John the Baptist. Thinly sliced of the best part of yellowtail, cucumber, and red onion with yuzu and chili sauce topped with jalapeno slices. Crispy toco shell, grilled diced shrimp, lettuce salad and house chipotle sauce. Veggies are well cooked and sweet aroma of unique nature can br savoured from each dish. Sartori Erfo Brut Prosecco Better than mine. I suppose my issue was the price. Basho Mushi is located on the bank of the splendid Mulshi Lake, in the lap of nature, hardly an hour away from Pune city madness. Particularly if you like mushrooms.
