Gold is a material in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. One of the rarest and most expensive materials in the game. Besides being used for crafting advanced gear, it can also be used to enhance a number of Shards. Gold is extremely expensive; without a discount, a single unit costs 15, G in the store. Crafting it requires 50 units of Mercury and 10 Dark Matter , the latter not being particularly easy to prepare due to the required ingredients.

I've already looked up some answers, and they say you can find some in chests within the Hidden Desert but i've gotten nothing out of them.
