She has none of the same requirements of any other COMS techaer. But if you actually put in the effort and listen to the information that she gives, she does know what she is talking about and you will learn something from her class. That's it. You honestly don't do too much actual public speaking in your class so don't let that aspect of the course scare you off. She is not that tough of a grader. You're a fucking bitch.
