It shakes when one is hiding nearby. It's a rather rare find. It helps Link to find many of the hidden Koroks scattered across the land of Hyrule. If Link is in close proximity to a Korok, the mask will begin to rattle and shake, whilst also emitting particle effects, similar in appearance to the Koroks' fairy lights. It is the only piece of DLC equipment to have a unique function as all other items exclusive to DLC re-use existing abilities. This mask can be found in the southern area of the Lost Woods. Playing it through will take you to the Korok Mask location , a new item that signals when a Korok Seed is located nearby - pretty handy for completionists. When worn, this mask acts like your sheiklah slate does for shrines, but for koroks. To quickest to get to the Lost Woods is from Woodland Tower.
