This article is about a group of games related to Bloons TD 5. The Bloonchipper. A fan-favorite tower unique to the BTD5 generation. The three main games in this line are Bloons Tower Defense 5, Bloons Monkey City , and Bloons TD Battles as they share the same basic graphics, tower roster, upgrades and gameplay structure. Even though it is not a tower defense game, many of the enemies, characters, projectiles and upgrades are directly based off of BTD5. Where previous generations slowly added towers and maps, and the following generation focused on refining gameplay mechanics and depth of original towers, BTD5, BTD Battles and Bloons Monkey City collectively brought hundreds of hours of gameplay through a wide range of towers, maps, secondary upgrades, progression systems, and more.
