The controller is given development goals the completion of which results in the level increase that unlocks new features and items. These objectives range from building cars, constructing new garages, showrooms, parts shops, roads, and racing tracks among other cars related projects. To achieve this, the controller has to spend certain in-game resources which increase periodically, depending upon the projects available in the town. Many modest traits that are found in the context include the ability to race with other townsmen, colorful illustrations, mystery boxes, rewards, Business choices, and town decoration options. In this season, the controller is placed in the world of illegal Underground Street racing who has to prove himself by becoming the best racer. A number of real-life new and classic cars are available which get unlocked as the assigned tasks are completed.
