Role playing servers often face somewhat of a plague from the diseases for the sole reason that it is not uncommon for there to be even 20 to 30 people around the same area at once huffing and puffing their diseases into the air and contaminating everyone around them. This is not at all what the DayZ developers intended and thus there should be perhaps some mod that lowered the infection rate of these diseases and perhaps reworked them to a direction where they are bearable within the role playing universe.
