It's the most wonderful time of the year! This annual tradition has kicked-off the holiday season in the downtown district for the past decade and a half. Over 90 lighted horse drawn carriages, hitches and riders illuminate downtown and the sound of jingle bells and horse hooves ushers in the holiday season.
