I purchased this machine about a month ago and I am very happy with it. The machine washes well though you need to be careful not to overfill. I've washed everything from every day clothing to my bed sheets Cal King bed, not all at once to bathroom towels. I live in a small apartment and move the unit to the kitchen area when in use. Most of my clothes I hang to dry There is not area to put the laundry soap or fabric softner I usually put the soap in first as the water is filling and I purchased a downy ball to use the fabric softner.
