We are excited to offer 2 leadership programs for ! Facilitated and administered by MOR Associates, these programs will provide participants with shared language and frameworks and a common understanding of leadership competencies. These programs are most beneficial for those with a development mindset already serving in leadership roles. Lead From Where You Are offers fully remote programming and includes five workshops over the span of 8 months. This program is most beneficial for anyone who does not have supervisory responsibilities but wants to develop their overall leadership skills. Because the program is structured over a 9-month period, I was able to practice these new methodologies and receive coaching after each session. This program will consist of 4 methods of applied learning called tracks , more detail can be found in the MOR Leaders Program information. In addition to a coach from MOR, you will be assigned a peer coach that you will meet with regularly throughout the program.
