Entering our 19th season of dance, Kickit Dance Studio is honoured to have been named the Top Dance Studio in Winnipeg for 10 years in a row. Kickit Dance Studio provides a professional environment where students can grow into their full potential as dancers through technical training and hard work. Our faculty are dedicated to the success of each student, whether they take one class a week or 15 classes a week. Each of our instructors are selected based on their professional excellence and expertise. We believe in teaching top level technical instruction in an encouraging and motivating way.

As we enter our 19th season of dance we look forward to bringing professionalism in a nurturing creative environment to Kickit Dance Studio We are thrilled to enter this new season and anticipate all of the development and opportunities that await our dancers. At Kickit Dance Studio we have had the incredible honour of being able to be a part of many dancers' lives from across Winnipeg and we look forward to continuing to share our passion and love for dance this upcoming year. We are beyond thankful for our teachers and assistants who demonstrate a professional attitude and make sure the dancers are nurtured, valued, encouraged and challenged. At Kickit we not only want to make sure students reach their full potential as dancers but also create an environment that allows students to develop their character as people and citizens. We will continue to work hard and ensure open communication with our dancers and their families to ensure we continue to provide an atmosphere that made Kickit what it is today! Our dress code is gender neutral and dancers can choose which option is most comfortable for them. Dancewear must be form fitted and allow instructors to properly see alignment to prevent injuries and incorrect habits. Long sleeve pink bodysuit, pink or skin-tone tights with feet OR solid black or white fitted t-shirt with black shorts or athletic pants. Just a clean, refreshing newly built studio with nice wooden bleacher seating for the parents to watch their dancer. My 5 year old daughter attends mini dance camp and the instructor seems fully capable showing a constant glow that keeps the kids engaged. Tyrell and it was ridiculously fun! He was an amazing instructor who made us laugh and made us brave enough to want to push out of our comfort zones so we could harness our inner JLo's!! The facilities were very clean and the staff welcoming and they make you feel extremely comfortable! I definitely recommend this Dance Studio! Sorry folks my bad this review was for Island Lakes!! Although from what I hear this dance studio is the Bomb too so I stand by this review for Sterling Lyon too!!
