Endorsements are a social feature meant to reward and feature players for their good behavior. The endorsement level is shown in the scoreboard for teammates, on your own career profile, and in the voice chat. The indicator for it is a circular meter that fills up with certain colors depending on the types of endorsements received, along with the endorsement level. All players begin at endorsement level 1 and can progress to a max level of 5; every endorsement you receive impacts your endorsement levels. Your endorsement level decays slightly after every match. The decay amount is proportionally reduced for each player that cannot endorse you in that match, for example, due to being in your friend list or having endorsed you recently.

Please let me know if there is such a thing, I would appreciate it. Yup, it is possible. I have it myself, and yesterday I finally found someone with level 5 as well. However, it is a challenge to maintain the 5th level of endorsements. You have to receive them in almost every game you play tho, sometimes it happened that I did not get endorsed in like 2 games in a row, I still keep my level, but the situation alone is very stressful. You have to receive endorsements to reach level 5 in the first place. The moment you finally have it is a wonderful moment, but requires hard work and dedication to keep it! So that you can get 5 lootboxes a month instead of 3? I have had my endorment 5 for about 2 months now and i have only dropped out 1 time and that was a lag out of a competitive match. Jeff and the overwatch team dont want to release the info on what exactly builds and maintains endorment, so hopefully i can clear some things up. When i dropped to lvl 4 and when i lvl back to 5 it was with zen and i had 3 or 4 gold medals and at the end of that match i didnt get endorsed and i didnt endorse anyone but i still leveled back to 5 this told me that there are other things at play here than just getting endorsed. Side note recently i didnt play OW for 5 days in a row and i was suprized to see when i got back on to still be in lvl 5, sooo idk about that. Also, decay is tied to the games you play, not the time in between. You can leave for a year and likely still have level 5 endorsements. Is Endorsement Level 5 possible?
