Following the fall of Manberg, Wilbur attempted to elect Tommy as the third President, but he declined the role. The position was then passed to Tubbo. After Technoblade attacked L'Manberg in accordance with his anarchist beliefs, and Wilbur detonated L'Manberg as a traitor to the nation, L'Manberg once again became politically unstable. Out of fear of further antagonizing Technoblade, L'Manberg under the Tubbo Administration was organized as a democratic collective. As peace and prosperity returned, the nation transitioned into a parliamentary democracy, with its citizens having the right to hold and vote for parliamentary positions.

My first decree as the President of L'Manberg Manberg , also known as Manburg , was the name of the nation turned empire, previously known as L'Manberg , which existed within the Dream SMP. It was formed after Schlatt assumed power after winning the first L'Manbergian Election. It is almost considered a separate nation from L'Manberg due to the differences in administration, policies, territory and relationships with citizens and with other factions. Its original emperor Jschlatt was overthrown and canonically died during the Manberg vs Pogtopia War. Its remnants were further destroyed when Technoblade spawned a pair of withers. He declared himself the emperor, and his first decree was to revoke the citizenship of Wilbur and Tommy. The two were driven out of the nation and subsequently formed Pogtopia. In his second decree, Schlatt ordered his citizens to take down the walls around the city that had previously been up since its creation. In his third decree, he renamed L'Manberg to Manberg, claiming that the country would take no L's.

He is the official right hand man of L'manberg's president, Wilbur alongside being one of the nation's original founders, participating in the Drugs War with Wilbur. Known for his upbeat and energetic attitude, Tommy keeps spirits high during hard times in the nation while also helping upkeep L'manberg itself. However, his rambunctious personality has a knack of landing him in trouble. He also takes a favouring on music discs, which were a main focal point of Dream SMP lore.
