For now, play the Ocarina of Wind and fly over to Hyrule Town. Since you are nearby, you can visit Carlov at the Figurine Shop, as several new figurines from Cloud Tops and the Palace of Winds are now available. This means we can now get the final Tiger Scroll, located within Caster Wilds. Use the Ocarina of Wind and fly over. Dash over to the west end of the area and enter the tomb. To perform the attack, just charge up and do a standard spin attack.

Now that you are done in the graveyard, fly to Hyrule Town with your Ocarina. If you need to, head to the inn to refill your health. If not, then head north into Hyrule Field. Head east, following the dirt path into Lon Lon Ranch. Just nearby you should see an empty hole, which you have been in before — use your Pacci and shoot into the hole, then launch yourself up. Head northwards. You are now in Veil Falls, where you got a heart piece a while back. Go north, and then down the steps.

To acquire the next element, you have to go to Castor Wilds, and from there to the next dungeon. Walk in a little ways to hear from Ezlo, then try to walk in the swampy mucky part, and step back out. Ezlo will tell you you're not equipped to get through here, so head back to Hyrule Town. Once you fuse kinstones with the postman, the guy in the post office will start a newsletter. Go to the post office and Marcy will be there if not, leave town and go back in. You can buy issues of Swiftblade's newsletter from her for rupees per issue. Once you pay rupees, you can leave town and go back in to make the new issue appear. If you feel like it, get a couple issues, as that's all you can afford for now. The newsletter is not necessary to beat the game, but if you feel like being complete, go for it.
