Hi there! Have you been looking for an updated cEDH tier list? On this page, you can see our latest rankings of the best commanders in Elder Dragon Highlander mode of Magic the Gathering. However, with so many possible commanders available, it can be a little bit tricky to build your perfect deck. The Tier 2 commanders on our cEDH tier list are still good to be used, but they require a bit more support and strategy on your part.

Welcome back, readers! As second ever platinum event in the Topdeck Championship Series. The Boil was highly anticipated and sold out even after a cap increase. Now that the first large tournament of is in the books, I think it's time to revisit the cEDH metagame for in my favorite content medium: a tier list! There should be no surprises here. Kinnan exploded onto the cEDH scene late in and has done nothing but crush events since. Kinnan seeks to leverage the mana boost and activated ability of Kinnan to put large disruptive creatures, like Void Winnower , Nezahal, Primal Tide , and Thorn Mammoth in play. Once a window is available, Kinnan wins the game with infinite mana combos made possible by Basalt Monolith , Hullbreaker Horror , or Tidespout Tyrant fed through Kinnan's activated ability. I really enjoy playing with this commander, but I certainly don't like playing against it. Actually I think she deserves a better place than that…. He loves nothing more than creative homebrew decks that As players have become increasingly familiar with the playstyle, found tighter and stronger builds, and learned the ins and outs of the card, its power level has risen accordingly. Muldrotha decks generally play a midrange-y game plan trying to fill your deck with a balance of different permanent types to get the most out of its effect. I know urza is better, but surely I feel like walker teferi is a much better commander than creature teferi Reply. It can easily kill in a one-versus-one scenario but fails to adequately take out the entire table. The Tier 2 commanders on our cEDH tier list are still good to be used, but they require a bit more support and strategy on your part. This gives you access to all of the best cards across all five colors, which in turn enables you to play most competitive strategies. The tier also has some of the more unique commanders in the game that simply drew the wrong end of the power curve. Being restricted to 1-power creatures makes for some really fun deckbuilding decisions. This tier belongs to some of the fastest combo decks and the harshest of stax. Simply playing Godo and having the mana to equip Helm of the Host , which it can tutor, is enough to start infinite combat steps and kill all of your opponents thanks to its ability. When we put together one of our tier lists for a competitive game, we try to do a lot of research before we publish it on our website. Some of the most fun cEDH games can be put together with the variety of tier 1. Urza is also an infinite mana outlet, letting you play your whole deck with infinite colorless and just a few blue mana.
