Not so much the food which was OK , slightly better than KFC but not much , but the service and general chaos was as bad as anything Ive ever seen in a restaurant. The whole concept is so badly thought out. The fact there is no-one to take orders, make it a nightmare , as there are so many variations on each meal, in terms of spiciness and add ons, that if there are a group of you you have no chance of remembering. Plus you have to go back up again and queue whenever you want more drinks. And on a busy Friday the queue was 10 deep and slow. We waited nearly an hour for our meals, which were lukewarm when they arrived, and we even had a 5 minute wait for cutlery once our food had arrived.. Never again.. Im still in a cold sweat.
