The best-selling author gives insight into her design process, with full-page photography of her own quilts and commissions for well-known designers. I loved the book and Angela's story of her quilting journey. The pictures of the quilts and quilting are inspiring. I enjoyed learning the rationale behind why she chose the quilting designs she did based on the design and color of the quilts. That gorgeous cover is soft to the touch and I keep stroking it — it is almost like a piece of fabric.

Learn how she adds detail to specific designs and spaces with quilting. Really does show that the quilting is as important an aspect of the quilt as color, design and piecing. I highly recommend it as a resource for quilters who want to advance the story they want to tell using Walter's FMQ patterns on their quilt sections and then their quilt as a whole. Some of her favourite quilts are showcased, with plenty of close up photographs to really show off the quilting, and detailed explanations of the quilting process. Choose items to buy together. Not a how to book only a brief introduction to Angela Waters work. OMG, what have I been doing with my life??!! But this book is well worth the money.. Angela Walters has a fantastic story to tell and I loved it! From there, I decide if I want to pay to download the full version on Kindle, or order the hard copy. Let Us Help You.
