The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth is Magic: the Gathering 's newest and best Universes Beyond project, populated with dozens of legendary characters and monsters from J. This ability is great for go-wide decks, such as Goblin aggro decks or even Zombie decks, and making all opponents lose 2 life will let the player slowly but surely grind their way to victory. Sauron, the Lidless Eye is a straightforward card with decent power, though its flavor is rather weak and its abilities are only mediocre for a legendary creature of this caliber.
