The neighbouring seat happened to be empty, so it was a reasonable hour flight. Seat 31 J is an Economy Class Exit Row seat that has extra legroom however, the close proximity to the lavatory may be bothersome as people may congregate in this area. Flight attendants were decent, just one thing i didn't like was that while we were eating our usual cold food, they were having pizza. Remember to ask for foam padding for nights rest. While 18k and 18a are probably the best seats in Economy, they are hard and, after hours, become painful. Business Class passengers receive free bar and meal service. The pitch is ridiculous, there's no footrest and stretching legs is basically impossible. This did not work out. Business class pods are comfortable, although not long enough for someone 6'4" tall when fully reclined. Seat 25 A is in the last row of the section and may have limited recline. Seats are much narrower.

Business Class passengers receive free bar and meal service. Seat 8 K is a standard Business Class seat whose proximity to the lavatories and galleys may be bothersome. The tray table is in the armrest, making the armrest immovable and slightly reducing seat width. More then enough leg room for me 6ft and you can get up and about without disturbing neighbours. Best part, nobody to disturb behind you! If you're in an aisle, this means there's a huge bar at your feet, which will be in your way, and will also prevent you from stashing larger carry-on luggage or even a backpack. So I wasn't noticeably as tired. I tried to use the duvet as a mattress cover to help smooth which help but I found I just barely fit and there was little room to move to get comfortable. Extremely uncomfortable on a long haul flight between Hong Kong and Vancouver. I would fly PE on air canada again in the future! Definetely thought that row 16 was very comfortable because of the bulkhead,but I believe that every economy seat in any row is comfortable.
