If there's one thing that fans know about South Parkit's that the show isn't afraid to take big chances on dangerous jokes.

Raisins is a restaurant that first appears in the episode " Raisins ". It is a parody of the real-life establishment Hooters. The restaurant is an oblong shape with a sloped grey roof. It has an illuminated sign on the roof which says 'Raisins'. There are also tables outside - as well as a lot of posters - and the whole thing is surrounded by a wooden fence.

Stan begs Kyle to ask her to be more direct with him, but Kyle just tells him to talk to her himself and to be poetic. Stan next gets Jimmy to talk to her, asking him to tell Wendy she is a "continuing source of inspiration" to him, but because of Jimmy's disability and stutter, he makes the mistake of saying, "Stan says you're a cunt

The episode was written by series co-creator Trey Parker. Though he and the show's writing team had the concept of Raisins, it took several days to fully develop its story. They were unable to begin work on the episode until six days before its airdate.
