Split coast stampers
Hello friends! I absolutely love the red, white and blue colors. First up is this really cute mouse waving his flag with a fun patriotic theme…which is what this new stamp set from Inky Stamper called Americana was intended for. I printed out some freebie papers and used them on all of my cards here today. I colored Ralph up with Copics and popped him up on a scallop circle silver glitter cardstock and stamped the sentiments and stars with red and blue inks. I also added one of the flags from the sequins mix next to the sentiment at the top. For this card, I wanted to share that a teeny tiny image from a stamp set can be fun to use in a different way as well. The tiny red stars came from that sequins mix I mentioned above. I made this card based on a sketch for a challenge that I wanted to enter before it ended too. Check it out in the challenges listed below. And lastly using this same stamp set, freebie papers, sequins mix and color theme, I made a Christmas card with it. I took the little star image from this stamp set and stamped it several times, colored it in and fussy cut several of them out. I took a circle die and traced a circle with a pencil so that I would have a guide as to where to create my wreath.

I layered the purple ribbon over top of a blue one, and then over the embossed background SU! Painted Posies embossing folder. Leave a comment. Posted in cards, etc. Cactus Cuties set for a long time and thought it might work well. The inside is very simple, but I did manage to coordinate it a bit. I am always trying to remember to do that and take the time to follow through!

I cut out some clouds and a border of grass with dies and inked them up with some inks for shadows. Hello again today my friends! This card has now been sent along to a young lady that is currently in the hospital dealing with cancer treatments and really needs some cheerful happy colors, so I hope that this will help fill her day with some cheer. I had been holding off on it for quite a while and then finally broke down and just got it! Log in now. I added some silver sequins from the same sequins mix mentioned above and then placed some silver Stickles in the centers of them as well as in the center of the stars. I then started noticing that it was taking away some of the purple ink while doing this, which was really awesome as it made the moon glow even more! Hello friends! The tutorial is actually done up by Taylor from Taylored Expressions, before her store years!
Yesterday we posted a new tutorial and a new Product Focus on Splitcoaststampers. The tutorial was a basic one on Inking with Markers. The product review goes hand in hand with the tutorial and is about the Distress Markers.
Did you count out the eight different sets? Tell me about Splitcoaststampers events. This one took me a while to grasp how to make it happen, but once figured out, it turned out pretty cool:. Before layering my clouds, I took some distress ink and blending tool to add a bit of blue shadow behind them. I really had fun playing with the alcohol backgrounds and being able to cut them out in one pass for different looks. Six months have passed and I can finally share the projects that I designed for The Dirty Dozen on Splitcoast Stampers, here on my blog. I paper pieced the heart for the little piggy. I also copper heat embossed the sentiment underneath the owl, die cut the strip and popped it up with one of the leaves over top. I colored Ralph up with Copics and popped him up on a scallop circle silver glitter cardstock and stamped the sentiments and stars with red and blue inks. I think it turned out pretty cool and can I just say that I wish I had this hair?!
Do not despond! More cheerfully!
Certainly. So happens. Let's discuss this question. Here or in PM.
