Team17 Group plc is a British video game developer and publisher based in Wakefield , England. The venture was created in December through the merger of British publisher Bit Software and Swedish developer Team 7. Bestwick later became Team17's chief executive officer until 1 January After their first game, Full Contact for the Amiga , the studio followed up with multiple number-one releases on that platform and saw major success with Andy Davidson 's Worms in , the resulting franchise of which still remains as the company's primary development output, having developed over 20 entries in it. Through a management buyout performed by Bestwick, both Robinson and Brown departed from Team17 in , leaving Bestwick as the sole manager. In , Team17 initiated a publishing venture focusing on indie games , which since occupies its own office in Nottingham. The first game to release of this venture was Light Following a large investment from Lloyds Development Capital in September , Team17 sought corporate expansion through various actions, including the acquisition of Mouldy Toof Studios , the developer behind Teampublished The Escapists , and the hiring of multiple new key staff. As of , Team17 employs people in its two offices. In , Wakefield -based entrepreneur Michael Robinson was the manager of Microbyte, a United Kingdom-wide computer retail chain , and Bit Software, a video game publisher.

AP-7 Mediterranean Motorway free of charge for all motorists entering Spain as ob September 1 due to the spanish authorities removing all charges for drivers while it consideres new ways of financing its motorways. Drivers using the AP-7 motorway linking France and Spain will be able to do so for free from September 1. The removal of tolls payable on the AP-7 coincides with the Spanish authorities investigating new ways of funding the maintenance of its 12,km motorway network. Its study is set to continue until autumn, after which point drivers are likely to have to pay to use Spanish roads again. It therefore seems likely that the Mediterranean Motorway may become busier still. Drivers who would normally take the route nationale to avoid paying tolls might now take the AP-7 instead. The Girona area already receives the densest traffic in the region with 75, cars crossing the AP-7 daily. Most of the motorways in France are operated and maintained by private companies. However, the tolls charged are regulated by the State and depend on factors such as the company that runs it, your vehicle type and the journey being taken.
