He is full of great ideas in relation to any work you put his way but ultimately is a good listener and does EXACTLY what you want and pay him to do. His skills are brilliant and he does most of the work - fetching experts in a particular field only if necessary. This saves on time and money and work is taken forward promptly and to a high quality.
