Reports of the collision on Telegraph Hill came in just before 4pm today March A witness told DevonLive that the crash appears to be a single vehicle collision. Police are reportedly on the scene at the incident on Telegraph Hill heading towards Torquay. Traffic is said to be being diverted round the crash scene at the moment.
