Jinpachi mishima

He is the father of Heihachi Mishima and the founder and former head of the Mishima Zaibatsu. Jinpachi is also notable for being the very first unplayable jinpachi mishima in the main series.

In both games, Jinpachi is unplayable. After Heihachi Mishima betrayed him and stole the Mishima Zaibatsu from him, Jinpachi was imprisoned in an underground prison for over 40 years. He escaped when an explosion broke the seal restraining him and he managed to break free from his prison. He gains inhuman strength when he becomes possessed by an evil force. Jinpachi Mishima was the original founder of the Mishima Zaibatsu. He was a renowned martial arts master, and was famous throughout the world.

Kazuya stayed and fought alongside Heihachi for a short time, but then threw Heihachi into the group of Jack-4s to cover his own escape. One of them self-destructed, seemingly killing Heihachi. The resulting explosion released Jinpachi from the basement of Hon-Maru, and the demon that possesses his body seeks to destroy all existence. Jinpachi emerged from the rubble to seize control of the Mishima Zaibatsu. After taking back the Zaibatsu, Jinpachi could feel the entity which controlled him slowly dominating his mind and will. He decided to host a fifth King of Iron Fist Tournament, hoping that one of the fighters that emerged would be able to defeat him and kill him. On a more personal level, Jinpachi wrote a letter to his old friend, Wang Jinrei, asking him to enter the tournament and stop the cursed Mishima bloodline. At the tournament's conclusion, Jinpachi's wish is granted, and he is defeated and put to rest by his great-grandson, Jin Kazama, who takes the Mishima Zaibatsu over to start his own plans for World Domination.
